«WE NEED SPACE UPDATED», 2019

For this performance, Semoroz has selected parts of the stage play «WE NEED SPACE» in her adaptation for the museum space. She composes performative and scenographic elements, dance and tableaux vivants. Sounds and movement alert us to spatial and temporal boundaries, looking inwards and asking ourselves about our own relationship to time. To what extent is our perception shaped by post-industrial society, and how does it express itself on a spiritual and physical level, as well as in our social interactions?
